Why I love PowerNap
Well, first of all, I found PowerNap after doing some thinking and asking and realizing, I needed to find some sort of power nap. So I entered "power nap" into Google, and Voila!
The PowerNap CD's are incredibly simple to use. I use mine in the afternoon, just before the kids get home from school. I take 20 minutes, put my headphones on, and listen to the powernap CD. It completely relaxes me. Often, I don't fall asleep, but rather, I'm so relaxed that I use the time to meditate and think about the life I'm creating for myself.
If you experience any anxiety in your life--and who doesn't?--I'm sure you will be very pleased with the calming effect of PowerNap. It's wonderful, and I think everyone should have a PowerNap CD--they are that amazing!
And, they are very inexpensive as well.
What's the difference between PowerNap and Holosync?
Personally, I use both. I love Holosync as well, but to be quite honest sometimes it's hard to find an extra hour to meditate. PowerNap only takes 20 minutes. I use it to calm down, to get a quick nap or "pick me up." Holosync goes much deeper and is more for brain synchronization--helping the powerful aspects of both the left and right hemispheres learn to work together. It's also a learning commitment, where PowerNap is a quick fix. There's a time and place for both.
